Alex Engel has been Mallorca's most-booked Schlager singer for years. His duet "Ich fühl mich wie im Himmel" with Bianca was voted "Hit of the Year 2021" by viewers in the MDR show "Die Schlagercharts". In March 2020, he won the Ballermann Award as "Rising Star of the Year".
